RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Our Philosophy 

We always want you to feel great about your OGVape shopping experience. We handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case scenario with the objective of making our customers satisfied with their purchase from us.CANCELLATION POLICYIf you cancel the order before the order is shipped, you will not be charged a 20% restocking fee. If the order has already shipped then a 20% restocking fee will be applied when the company receives the returned items in new and unopened condition.
Returns & Exchange Period

We allow returns on merchandise within 14 days from the delivery date.
The Items received has to be in its original state unused & unopened.
you can send back the items to receive a Full refund equal to the amount paid
Less the restocking fees which is 20% and the shipping cost. 

If you cancel your order before its shipped, restocking fee will not apply.
Items MUST be reported within 72 hours from the delivery date.

We gladly accept returns of unopened, unused, undamaged items purchased on our website for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery date.
You must inform us of the problem with the order within 72 hours of delivery date.

For sanitary and safety purposes, we will not accept returns on the following items, opened or used, and therefore NON RETURNABLE: e-liquids, open cartridges, replacement coils, drip tips, replacement glasses, atomizers / tanks, mods and rechargeable batteries.

We offer no warrentys on any items sold, Warrentys are handled by the manufacturer on an item to item basis.

We do not guarantee compatibility between items. If you have any questions about compatibility, please do your research or send us a question before placing your order. We will not accept returns due to incompatibility.

If you would like to submit a request for refund, replacement or exchange, please contact our returns department by email at ogvapelv@gmail.com. Please provide your FULL NAME, ORDER #, PHONE NUMBER, and REASONS for the return. You may be requested to provide pictures or video proof of the issue. If the return is approved, you will receive further instructions on returning the package. Replacements are going to be shipped out after we receive the defective item back at our facility.
Note: Atomizers such as tanks, RDAs, RTAs, RDTAs, and pod systems purchased on our website are intended only for use with e-liquids. Any use of cannabis oil, cannabis-based substances, CBD oil, or similar liquids will void any returnability on our products and we will not accept it for a return. 

14 Days Refund upon delivery, for wrong Item Claims, If for some reason OG Vape sent the wrong items “different from what is listed on the order”, We will accept the return and issue a full refund with no restocking fee.

IF you ordered a product that you did not mean to order, there will be a 20% restocking fee.

Return Shipping Costs

In regards to the cost of shipment for returns, customer is responsible for the costs to ship the items back to us. Once we receive the items and approve the return, we will bear the shipping costs for the replacement items or issue the payments of the product if it is for a refund. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

Refund and Warranty Process

Refund may be issued back to the original payment (Credit card, debit card, etc) OG Vape is not responsible for refunds to a Prepaid Card in the event the cardholder no longer has possession of.

We at (ogvapestore.com) have the right to refuse return or refund
if our policy has not been met or followed.

Most of Product’s (unless specifically stated otherwise).
Have an industry-standard 14-day warranty against defect due to the manufacture or failure.
Warranty does not include any use of the product that doesn’t fall into
the designed use of the product as intended from the manufacturer.
Warranty’s are handled by the manufacturer on an item to item basisas we do not provide our own warranty on products.

The 14-day warranty begins when product is delivered.
Note: Scratches or Discoloration are consider normal wear and tear,
and is not covered under the warranty.

Please make sure to inspect all items received in package.
We will not be able to exchange incorrect items that are used or opened.
